- Steaz Nyeah Added April 24, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Great rooms and staff. Has only improved since being taken over by the Crown Group, hotel standard has increased significantly. Rooms are spacious, although the bathrooms in the new blocks are rather dark with all lights on. Room Service was wonderful, extensive menu available. Rooms have HDMI cord outlets for guests in the new block however the hotel has since disabled the use of these, not sure if this was done prior to crown taking over or after. However calling reception for assistance they will only inform you there are none, despite the fact that they are all present in Block 5 and visible to all guests. Guess they need to force people to purchase the expensive in house movies.
